Once you are done with your creation press 'OK'
if you wish to save your map use the '[' key
and to load the map again use the ']' key Mega fortune free spins.
More useful little things in creative include
Holding SHIFT and LEFT CLICKING AND RIGHT CLICKING enables faster creation but is not tweaked correctly but give it a try :)
